It looks nice overall, just not super eye-catching (at least to me). The design is clean and fine, but I was hoping for something with a bit more personality

The experience was okay, but it felt like there wasn’t really a real person paying close attention. A few details were missed, and overall it just came across as kind of careless.

I tried placing an order on plantabox.co.uk it was more annoying than I expected. The site felt a bit clunky, and I kept having to go back and change things just to get the basic options sorted.
The checkout part wasnt much better either. It kept making me double check details, and for a minute I wasnt even sure if the order had actually gone through or not.

Maybe other people have had a smoother time with it, but for me the whole ordering process was frustrating. I dont think Id bother using it again.

The box itself was fine, but the engraving looked bad. It was messy, hard to read, and seemed like it had been rushed. For the price, I expected much better quality. I’m really disappointed and will be reaching out to customer service because this doesn’t feel acceptable.

The box was bashed up when it arrived, and the plant looked like it had really been through it, haha. It was looking half dead right out of the package.

The item itself looked alright, I guess, but the personalisation came out with the wrong name, which was annoying to be honest. Kind of defeats the point when that’s the main reason you order it

The site looks nice at first, but using it on my phone was kind of frustrating. To me, the menus felt a bit slow, and I had to tap around more than I expected just to find pricing. It might be fine on desktop, but on mobile it made the whole experience feel less convenient

I was interested in Plantabox because it seemed like a more eco-friendly choice, but once I started looking for actual details, it got frustrating quickly. I wanted to know where the materials come from and how sustainable the product really is, but the information felt thin.

There are plenty of nice-sounding eco claims on the site, but not much to back them up. It kind of felt like the goalposts kept moving, first it sounds sustainable, then you look for proof, and suddenly you’re digging around with no clear breakdown, no easy certificates, and nothing solid to point to.

Maybe I overlooked something, but for a company selling plant boxes, I expected the sustainability side to be much clearer. In the end, I just didn’t feel confident enough to place an order

At first glance it looks decent, but once I got it put together, it just didn’t feel as sturdy as I expected. A couple of the panels didn’t line up quite right, and there’s more wobble than I’d like.

For what it cost, I was hoping it would feel more solid. It works for now, but the shaky build seems like an avoidable issue, and I’m not totally confident about how well it’ll hold up outside

I ordered this planter expecting it to match the measurements listed on the site, but when it arrived it was noticeably smaller. It’s not completely unusable, and the quality seems fine, but it didn’t fit the spot I bought it for, which was frustrating. I contacted customer service and ended up escalating the complaint because the size difference really matters for something like this. I just wish the measurements had been more accurate upfront. I’d definitely double-check with support before ordering again...

I ordered a planter from plantabox.co.uk and felt disappointed when it arrived. I was in a good mood and excited to get it set up, but the quality just didn’t match what I expected. I ordered a planter from Plantabox and, to be fair, the little thing looked decent when it turned up. The size was right, it went together without much fuss, and my first impression was that it would do the job nicely.

Fast forward a few months outside and the so-called sturdy planter has started splitting, with one corner already coming loose. It’s not like it’s been through anything extreme, just normal weather, so I expected better. Bit disappointing really, especially considering it wasn’t exactly a bargain.

I was disappointed with the build quality on mine. The joins felt rough, and the finish looked like it had been rushed. I’ve bought similar products from other brands in this price range, and they felt a lot more polished and put together. This one just didn’t really meet the standard I was expecting.

The box showed up crushed and soggy, and the plants were just loose inside with soil all over the place. Definitely not what I was expecting. They really need to put more care into the packing

I was charged right away, but it's been days and I'm still waiting with no real update on where my order is. The delivery is taking way longer than expected, and it's frustrating.

It showed up when they said it would, so that part was fine. Nothing really special about the experience, just an normal delivery.

The plants did arrive in the end and they were mostly fine, but the whole delivery process left me feeling a bit unsure. It took longer than I expected, and the tracking didn’t really give me a clear idea of what was going on. Nothing was a total disaster, but it did chip away at my confidence a little. I might order again, but I’d probably be a bit more hesitant next time.

It looks nice and all, but for the size and quality, it felt way too expensive. Not terrible, just a bit of a cheeky little scam for what actually showed up.
